With over 10 years of IT experience providing in-depth knowledge of legal and computer software sales, service, and business operations, Mr. Deschenes founded Advologix.com in August of 2006 to deliver the next generation of software-as-a-service applications.

		Jeff Brown Background and Experience Jeff is a Director of Corum Group, a leader in merger and acquisition services for mid-market software and information technology companies worldwide. In the process, Jeff advises his clients with strategic, operational and financial issues to accelerate the creation of enterprise value. In 2005, Jeff joined GrowthForce, an emerging financial services firm, to open its consulting arm to provide business coaching and virtual CFO services to small business clients. He currently serves on the company’s advisory board. He spent ten years with Severn Trent Systems, a UK FTSE 100 company leading a business turn-around. He directed the creation of Worksuite, which was a multi-national subsidiary of Severn Trent, becoming the president of the company in 2000. The company was acquired in 2006. Prior to that, he was a business entrepreneur himself, founding a mapping technology company. He directed marketing for a global energy services business, GeoQuest Systems and was a scientist at Columbia University. These work experiences were invaluable training in business strategy development and planning, operations, sales and marketing which Jeff brings to his clients. 		Roger Friedberger Background and Experience Roger joined Advologix in December of 2008. He has over 25 years of experience in top financial executive positions at both publicly traded and venture-backed companies. Most recently Roger was SVP and CFO for San Francisco-based SPL WorldGroup, a multinational software services firm that provides solutions to the utility industry and government, which was acquired by Oracle at the end of 2006. Earlier he was the CFO of ILOG, a provider of business rule management, optimization and visualization software and services. Roger led their IPO onto Nasdaq in 1997. He was also CFO at Insignia Solutions and Micro Focus, both UK/Silicon Valley software companies, which he helped take public on Nasdaq and the London Stock Exchange, respectively. Roger started his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse in London, England and San Jose, California. Roger has served on the advisory boards of Workshare and Brixlogic, both international software companies. He is also on the Advisory Board of Enflex a San Francisco based provider of energy management systems and is Chief Financial Officer of GrowthForce, a Houston based accounting outsourcing firm. 		Kevin Schreiner Chief Software Architect for R2Integrated, Kevin a broad range of technical experience from n-tier client server architecture and expansive distributed systems to graphically rich client/server applications and interactive web sites. Kevin started his career working for the State of Maryland, developing and supporting information systems for use by the education system. From the start of his career, Kevin has remained on the cutting edge of technology, continually stretching the horizons of tomorrow's business applications. Kevin's in-depth technical expertise includes n-tier e-commerce applications, client-server software, commercial product life cycle and high volume realtime transaction systems. He also has a broad insight into many industries including real estate, retail, food services, legal, insurance and telecommunications. Kevin is the author and visionary of several commercial software product lines including key development components of the Advologix platform. Kevin is a known thought leader, speaker and key development contributor for major, well known, open-source software projects, some of which are utilized in the Advologix platform.
		Joel A. Nass Joel A. Nass is a private attorney practicing in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in the area of family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. The Law Offices of Joel A. Nass, P.C. of Houston, Texas is a recognized family law firm providing quality legal services. Mr. Nass has served as director of the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists and he has been recognized for his work by the Houston Bar Association. Mr. Nass provided expert end-user feedback throughout the entire development process of AdvologixPM to ensure that the law practice management market would be well served by the solution. Mr. Nass remains a valued member of the Advisory Board.
