Advologix includes a very powerful built in document automation system. You may, however, find yourself in a situation where you need extended capabilities to do complex workflow, automation of document creation. For this, we recommend the Advanced Document Automation Package. At the time of this article, the price for this advanced version is $10 per user per month. With the Basic Document Automation Package you can:
- Create and fill forms, contracts, letters and other documents from PDF, Word, Excel and other templates
- Email or Download the created document in PDF or original format (doc, xls, ppt, etc.)
- Build document packages or sets of documents and attachments
- Attach and save created documents to Matters, Contacts and other records in Advologix
- Automatically generate documents and attach or email based on workflow rules*
- Batch process and attach/send documents and letters*
- Use conditional logic in document generation
Using this technology, you can select from your template library and automatically create completed dynamic document packages from your template library.

The Advanced Document Automation Package provides for these additional features:
- You can create workflow when a document is created, like assign tasks or send emails
- You can include Reports that you make with the Advologix Reports writer directly in your output documents and PDFs
- Conditionally generate specific attachments, such as adding or excluding an addendum based on criteria you specify

* Running Batch and workflow processes for excess of 25 template packages per user is billed at a nominal additional fee per template package. NOTE - This fee would only surface in extremely large document automation situations. In general, you will be creating as many template packages and creating as many documents as you require.
