In May, AdvoLogix attended the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), the world's foremost legal operations event. After having to cancel for 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, the event was held at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The conference boasted 2,000 attendees, 200 speakers, and 75 educational sessions! AdvoLogix was pleased to showcase our Enterprise Legal Management capabilities at this gathering of Legal Technology influencers and some of the world's largest corporate legal departments. AdvoLogix’s Spend Management solution gained an inordinate amount of notoriety for how it could improve corporate legal processes.

With its invoice automation, artificial intelligence, and error reduction, the Document Caster also cast quite a spell.

Budget and Actuals Reporting
AdvoLogix introduced a brand new way to generate your budgets and actuals based reports. Users can build reports from a singular data object to visualize planned budgets against the actuals logged for the matters and firms. For more details follow this article.

Fixes
This quarter we resolved issues with:

• The Billing Preview lightning tab which became disabled when users attempted to modify the filter criteria to reduce the amount of data in the view.
• The Activity plans were receiving the maximum view state exceeded error when viewing an activity plan.
• Loading Focus Matters and interacting with role filters experienced problems.
• The Matter Calendar was not loading list views filters within the context of a matter record.
• The Activity Plan Templates did not allow users to remove a task or an event from the list when creating a new activity plan template.
• The Activity Plan Templates where in (rare situations) a 'view state exceeded' error when viewing or editing an activity plan template.
• The Billing Preview lightning tab where a currency type formula field value was not displaying proper currency information along with the data value.
